Cured sausages


If you’re preparing an aperitif that’s full of flavour and colour, don’t forget to include cured sausages.
Available in mean and liver versions, they are naturally cured and usually darker and drier than the commercial product. Their flavour and aroma will take you back to the Sabine countryside.
